Referral

Since 1 January 2006, physiotherapy has been directly accessible to everyone in the Netherlands. This means that you no longer need a referral from a doctor. A referral is only required for a chronic condition listed on the so-called Borst List or for treatment at home.

Are you visiting us for the first time? Please note that the first appointment takes a little longer than a regular appointment. We will start with an initial consultation and a physiotherapy assessment. This will always be followed by an initial treatment during the same appointment.

Because the initial consultation and assessment, as well as the treatment, take place during the same first appointment, your health insurer considers these two separate services. As a result, the first appointment may be charged as two separate services.

For your first appointment, please bring your insurance card and a valid form of identification, such as a passport, driving licence or ID card.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or failure to attend, we may charge you for the reserved appointment time.

Prices

Treatments which are not covered by your insurance will be invoiced directly by us. If you are not (completely) covered, the following prices will apply:
