Since 1st of January 2016 it is possible to make an appointment for physiotherapy without a referral from your family doctor.
Only in the case of a chronic condition which is part of the “lijst Borst” you do need a referral from another doctor. The same does apply for treatment at home.
Please be informed that we have formal contracts with all health insurance companies. This means that depending on your type of health insurance your costs for physiotherapy may be imbursed.
At your 1st appointment
– if you see us without without referral – the therapist will perform a
screening in order to verify whether your request for help is eligible for further
physiotherapeutic examination or that further examination by your family doctor is required.
After the anamnesis (interview) and physiotherapeutic examination, a treatment plan will be made to be able to treat your complaint correctly.
During the first appointment you must bring with you an insurance pass and an identity document, for example a passport, driver’s license or ID card.
Treatments which are not covered by your insurance will be invoiced directly by us. If you are not (completely) covered, the following prices will apply:
|• Intake and examination after referral||€45,-|
|• Screening and intake and examination (without referral)||€55|
|• Intake and examination after referral at home||€55|
|• Session Physiotherapy||€42|
|• Session Manual Therapy||€48|
|• Physiotherapy at home||€ 50|
|• Reporting to 3rd parties||€ 60|
Please note that a cancellation later than 24 hours prior to your appointment will unfortunalely result in you being charged 100% of the costs.
